  Bonchon is a household name in many countries for a reason! If going for the first time, get what they are MOST FAMOUS FOR... The fried chicken! It is beyond crispy--- every bite crackles with a spicy and sweet balanced taste that is unmatched (I got both of their signature sauces--- yummy!). The staff in Crofton was super friendly too (especially Z, Ping, and Humza[sp?]). Bonchon serves some Korean classic foods like kimchi and Tteokbokki that are superb. Most chains focus on ease and speed at the expense of taste and the process of good foodmaking--- BUT DONT be scared of this place because it is a chain, this place knows what they're doing and they do it WELL & AUTHENTICALLY.

  Love me some bonchon chicken. Word of caution...the spicy style really is spicy. Stick with soy garlic if you can't take the spice.

  Cool atmosphere with great food. Most things are good, but I strongly suggest just getting the soy garlic wings.
