  We were greeted and seated immediately and had a wonderful dinner! Service was top notch right along with their food. The lamb chops were made to perfection and that is not something I say lightly! Will definitely recommend to friends and will dine again soon!!!!

  We went to Four Seasons Grille this past Sunday and the experience was amazing. We had a party of 20 for my husbands birthday. We where seated as soon as our party arrived and our waitress Amber was prompt and friendly during our whole dining experience. The manager was very attentive with my request and needs and the food was great. I would definitely come back with my family.

  I went to the 4 Seasons Grill with friends to celebrate my 50th birthday. After spending almost 100.00 including tip we continued to talk and enjoy our time together. The manager came over to our uncleared table and said she had reservations and needed us to leave. Upon leaving there were plenty of empty tables and no one waiting at the door to be seated. I informed her when we got to the door, perhaps she or the waiter could have come to us and asked if would like a drink or dessert rather than telling us to leave after all we were celebrating my 50th birthday. I sat on this Sunday and called Monday and asked to speak to the General Manager. Daniella said we don't have a general manager who is this?! I explained I wanted to complain about my experience. She got defensive and raised her voice. She did apologize. But was rude. She asked me what do I want her to do about it she already apologized... I believe she is the same women that kicked us out pretending to be someone else. I told her they could start by cleaning the bathroom that was deplorable and get a waiter that would come back and give us bread when we were seated and refill our drinks. And not to get kicked out when we were paying customers. If she really "really" needed the seats she could have asked us to move to the bar... I am really curious to why we were asked to leave....I wonder if she felt we were not indigenous to the area. In my entire life I have never been kicked out of a restaurant. The food is good but if you want to be treated like a second class citizen this is the place to go... I will vote with my feet and lesson learned not pay the bill until I am ready to walk out. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!
